I can tell you it's not google friendly. Your logo should be enclosed in an h1 tag and use CSS to set the logo image as a background image with an image replacement technique. If you choose to use the img tag, use an alt tag that helps describe the web site, remember; google wants your text... title on links are helpful, more keywords in your content and more clearer headings would increase your ranking by about 30%.
